General service work A typical service at Reichspeed will include an oil change , new spark plugs , ignition leads , distributor cap , ignition points , rotor arm and fan belt .Details such as ignition timing and valve clearances are checked and adjusted where necessary . Performance engines are also catered for , air/fuel ratio can be checked and jet changes made , with a full before and after print out available .Call for any other requirements . Brakes , suspension and steering Whether it be just a new set of brake pads fitted or a complete front and rear disc brake conversion , we can accommodate for all levels of work . Lowering , beam narrowing , type 1 and 2 ball joint replacement , beetle and bus king and link pin overhauls all carried out in house . Standard and uprated brake , suspension and steering components supplied and fitted . Other Breather box`s , short throw shifters , line locks etc , it`s all covered .
